Capitol Spouses Retreat
This retreat is designed to renew and refresh government spouses in three primary ways:
Hearing a speaker share on the importance of balancing your faith with the demands of Washington.
Creating opportunities to build friendships and community with other spouses.
Participating in a time of devotion, worship, and reflection on individual benches located throughout the property where each spouse receives individual prayer and ministry from our prayer teams.
Many spouses typically remark that these are often the defining moments where they have received confirmation of God’s direction and purpose for their lives.
Leadership Summit
Designed for members of Congress and their spouses to hear an inspirational speaker. Individual prayer offered throughout the Summit.
Congressional Marriage Retreat
Tailored for members of Congress with their spouse to include: reception visiting with other congressional couples, married couples can invest time with one another at separate dinner tables for two, fire side conversation hearing from other congressional couples who have been successful in navigating the pitfalls of Washington, and ending with private ministry and prayer for each couple.
Alabaster House Gatherings and Fly In Fellowship
Members of Congress and congressional spouses build community with one another and receive prayer and ministry, often during a busy week Congress is in session.
Capitol Coffees
Provided for government leaders and their spouses to cultivate new friendships, encourage leaders, and offer a time of prayer and ministry.
Training
Workshops given to equip and instruct those interested to pray practically for our government and our leaders.
Network
Alabaster House appreciates and develops friendships with spiritual leaders who desire to honor those in government, and seeks to be a connection point for government leaders looking for additional spiritual resources.
